proHNS is providing a team of experienced Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and Engineering Technicians to provide contract administration and inspection services for this high-profile, logistically challenging road improvement project in downtown Juneau. The 2019 construction season is focusing on the highly trafficked stretch of Egan Drive between Willoughby and Whittier Streets, necessitating complex coordination between stakeholders to facilitate traffic control, plan construction schedules, and keep private citizens and nearby business owners apprised of project developments. When complete, improvements to the area will include new pavement, improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities, new storm drainage collection systems, repaired retaining walls, and more.
